If you have a property on the Costa Blanca in Finestrat, Altea, Calpe, Benissa, Jalon or Moraira-Teulada , you are usually not present all year round. During periods of absence, it gives you peace of mind to know that a reliable person is checking your home. We ensure that you can leave your home with peace of mind. Your property is periodically inspected and all these checks are carried out by us personally and are completely tailored to your wishes. You determine the amount of checks.

• Emptying your mailbox.

• Periodic inspection of the inside and outside of your home. Check for external damage and traces of burglary.

• Ventilating your home.

• Inspection of your sanitary facilities.

• After each inspection (home inspection & final inspection) on your property, you will receive an e-mail with an overview of the points checked and any comments. This way you remain involved with your home in Spain and you can clearly see when we have visited your home. In addition to our periodic checks, you can also contact us for additional checks.

We can also be deployed quickly in the event of urgent interventions to resolve any defects. For extra checks and any work, we charge you an hourly rate.
