This allows you to switch each lamp on or off separately, dim it, give it a different color, if the need is there to make the atmosphere even cozier. Music can be played via spotify on the google home hub or via the existing bluetooth Bose box.

With the sunny climate, a lot will be spent outside. The garden has a lounge set and 4 lovely sun loungers and a BBQ. The large dining table under a pergola in the garden is the eye-catcher, where you have the opportunity to sit sheltered. A lovely table where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner in the evening. The garden and solarium have outdoor lighting, so that the warm weather can still be enjoyed in the garden or on the solarium in the evening. The solarium has a magnificent panoramic view of the coastal region and the city of Benidorm. In addition to the heated jacuzzi and an outdoor shower, the solarium is furnished with a lounge set and a parasol.

A good bed and a pleasant room temperature are important for a good night's sleep.

In Oct 2023, the swimming pool received an electric cover made of solar cells, where the pool can be covered when not in use. Thanks to the solar cells present, it is possible to heat up the pool earlier in spring and keep the pool warm longer in the autumn.
